Declarations

applicable to the contents of entire site; hence, may not be repeated on other pages

Dear Visitors to this site:

While I can speak about copyright waiver for my works, I have no right to speak for other peoples' works. You may find me occasionally reproducing other peoples' works (ex: video recordings, articles, books, etc.) for sole benefit of humanity. In doing so, I have had no inclination whatsoever to violate their respective copyrights, if any. Hence, visitors may use necessary discretion if they wish to reproduce any of them.

Personally I tend to give due credit to the author/publisher of the respective work and do not call it as my own while reproducing. As a matter of principle, I would expect my visitors to follow the same approach if they decide to reproduce any one's work from here, be it my work or any one else's work.

As for my reproducing other peoples' works here, I would want to think that it may help popularize those works further rather than robbing them of any sizeable revenue. As you would notice that I have allowed my own works to be copied, circulated for the betterment of humanity — expanding on that very philosophy I am promoting other peoples' select works through this site. I have no financial interest in doing so.

For sheer want of time it is not possible for me to read, view, hear, analyze the contents of the items that I may select for reproducing here. I tend to base my decision on importance/relevance of the topic, and/or credentials of the author/sender. If you happen to find anything objectionable please report here.

Having explained the reason for my inability to go through the contents fully, it may not be out of place for you to occasionally find classification of items incorrect. If you happen to notice that an item has been placed under the wrong page, please feel free to draw my attention with necessary explanation.

Thank you.
