I have built my site using EW4 and uploaded it on 3 different servers after ensuring
that there were no unlinked or broken link from Site Summary report generated by EW4 (see
http://www.hindooraashtr.com/2012-01-25-images/site-stats-2012-02-13-07-48-23.png). Next
I tested if all uploads are working fine or not.
- Links at http://www.maanojrakhit.com/2012-01-25-html/videos.html are working fine.
- Links at http://www.yashodharman.in/2012-01-25-html/videos.html are working fine.
- BUT links at http://www.hindooraashtr.com/2012-01-25-html/videos.html are returning 404 page or junk material on browser...despite video files are seen in File Manager with 644 permission indicating uploads have been successful.

I have added the required mime types for .flv and .wmv extensions
for your account which was causing the issue.
Now accessing the links in the website comes up with download options without any issues.
Regarding the issue with the FTP, Unfortunately, the upload time
via FTP set on our server is 300 seconds.
However, if you are trying to upload any file, if it crosses this 300 seconds, the server will
just kill the connection.
The file will be displayed as uploaded completely, but it will be incomplete in size.
Hence, I suggest you to zip or compress the file using any compressing application and upload
it to the web directory.
Once you have uploaded the file, you can uncompress it.
To Uncompress the uploaded zip file, please follow the steps given
below:
1. Log into the control panel with the account username and password.
2. Click on ‘Archive Gateway’ under ‘Website’.
3. Under the section ‘Uncompress/Unarchive a File’, select the file which you want to uncompress.
4. Enter the output directory. You can leave it blank to uncompress the file to same directory.
5. Click on the ‘Extract/Uncompress’ button.

You can set the Mime Type in .htaccess Editor tool.
You can log into the tool using the URL:
http://members.fatcow.com/controlpanel/htaccess/?m=mimetypes
.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to upload large size file via FileManager. You can upload maximum size of 8MB via FileManager.
You can compress large folders via Archive Gateway tool.
You can access this tool using the URL:
http://members.fatcow.com/controlpanel/archive.bml
.
If you are unable to compress the folder, you can contact us to compress the file/folder.
