Microsoft Security Essentials 2.1.1116.0 shows system potentially Unprotected despite Full Scan by it Today

primarily for my reference, and just in case, someone else faces similar situation

microsoft-security-essentials-potentially-unprotected-despite-full-scan-today-2012-03-01.pngUnder Settings tab daily Full Scan has been scheduled. Scan details under Home tab shows "Last Scan: Today at 05:24 (Full Scan)". Virus & Spyware definitions were updated before today's scan and showed up to date status. Despite all this, orange bar at top states: Computer status - Potentially unprotected" and orange button down states "Scan now". Aren't these facts contradictory to each other?
