Definition:
1. place for storage: a place or container in which something is stored
2. possessor of extensive knowledge: somebody with, or something such as a book that contains, extensive detailed knowledge of something
She was a repository of information about the history of the island.
3. confidant: somebody in whom something is confided
4. warehouse for commodities: a place where goods are stored prior to sale
5. tomb: a burial vault or sepulchre
